How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until a thick mixture is obtained.
Three of the bananas are pureed with a blender and the remaining two are sliced lengthwise for the top of the brownie.

In another bowl, put the dry ingredients, pre-sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and ground walnuts.
Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the liquid ones.
Mix the ingredients, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and add the pieces of chocolate.
Place the chocolate sponge cake mixture in a suitable medium-sized pan, pre-greased and arrange the remaining two bananas - split in half.
The brownie sponge cake with bananas is baked in a moderately heated oven for about 30 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
