How to make
Clean the peppers and wash them.
Put them in a tray and roast them in the oven or on the grill.
Peel and cut them into strips.
Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Put the peppers in a deep dish, add the garlic, season with salt, olive oil and vinegar, add a pinch of sugar and sprinkle with parsley.
Cover them and put them in the fridge to marinate for a few hours.
