"Delicate panna cotta with mascarpone - quick and effective"

Ingredients

  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • almond milk - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • sweetener - 1.1 oz (30 g) or sugar /to your taste/
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • cold water - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

How to make

Dissolve the gelatin in the water and let it swell.

Put all the other ingredients together in a saucepan.

Put the saucepan on a low heat and stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture should not boil.

As soon as you see small bubbles on the side, stop.

Pour the swollen gelatin directly into the warm mixture and stir, until it has melted.

Distribute it into small bowls or cups. I got 3 pieces of beautiful panna cotta.

Store them in the fridge to set. It takes about 2-3 hours - it also depends on the gelatin.

Garnish the spring panna cotta with mascarpone however you like.
