"Delicious vegan waffles for a wonderful breakfast"

Ingredients

  • soy milk - 8.1 fl oz (240 ml) or coconut or almond
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g) + 1/2 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 4.6 oz (130 g) + 1/2 tbsp.
  • dry yeast - 1/2 package (3.5 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp.
  • orange essence - 5 drops (optional)
  • almond essence - 5 drops (optional)

How to make

In a medium bowl, put 1/2 cup (120 ml) of the warmed soy milk, 1/2 tbsp. of flour, 1/2 tbsp. of sugar and dry yeast.

Stir and set it aside for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar.

Add the rest of the milk, oil, yeast mixture and vanilla extract + orange and almond essence to the dry ingredients.

Mix the mixture well to make a smooth dough.

Leave it for at least 5 minutes.

Grease the waffle iron with a drop of oil and turn it on.

Bake the waffles for about 8 minutes.
