  • milk - 1 cup + little to dilute the yeast
  • eggs - 2

  • apples - 3 - 4
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Add flour to the melted butter, sugar, milk, 2 egg yolks and a little diluted in hot milk yeast. Mix well and add to the beaten egg whites. Knead the dough well and put it to rest for 3 hours to rise.

Roll the dough into a thin crust and cut squares with a side of 10 cm and in each, put a piece of apple, fold the squares diagonally and with wet fingers, glue the ends of the resulting triangles.

Fry the buns in the preheated oil and serve them sprinkled with powdered sugar.
