Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • onion - 1 onion
  • oil - for frying
  • ham - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • peas - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • corn - 1.8 oz (50 g) boiled
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • butter - 70 g
  • butter - for frying
  • tomato juice - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oregano - 1/3 tsp.
  • rosemary - 1/3 tsp.
  • parsley - 1/3 tsp.
  • tarragon - 1/3 tsp.
  • sugar - a pinch

  • tortilla wraps
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated

How to make

Boil the potatoes.

In a pan, fry the onion with the oil, add the diced ham to it. Also add the peas and corn. Season with salt and black pepper.

Fry everything for a few minutes. Mix the boiled potatoes with the warm milk, butter, salt, black pepper and mash them, until a soft puree is obtained.

Add the fried mixture to this puree and mix everything together.

Make a tomato sauce, by mixing all the dry spices with the tomatoes.

Spread some of the sauce on the tortilla wraps. Add some of the mixture on it. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and fold them like a sandwich.

Bake on both sides for about a minute in a pan with fat.
