How to make
Heat 650ml of the walnut milk in a saucepan with the sugar. I added half of the brown sugar and the regular sugar.
In the remaining nut milk, beat the cocoa, starch and flour (there should be no lumps) and pour the mixture into nearly boiling milk on the stove.
Reduce the heat and stir intensively with a wire whisk, until the cream thickens. This takes at least 10-12 minutes.
The pudding won't look very thick, it should fall in thin streams from the raised whisk - it will thicken as it cools.
Distribute it in suitable molds or cups and let it stand for two hours, then you can put it in the fridge.
Serve the Cacao Vegan Pudding with pieces of walnuts or fresh fruit.
