  • flour - 250 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • almonds - 200 g
  • margarine - 200 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • berry jam - as much as it is needed

How to make

Pour the flour into a suitable bowl, add the softened margarine (room temperature), ground almonds, sugar, eggs, salt and knead the dough.

Put the dough in a plastic bag, tie it tightly and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Then knead the dough on a floured surface (save some dough for the top of the Linzer cake.

Line the cake tin with baking paper, place the dough in it and level out the entire mold.

Spread the jam on it and put strips of dough on the jam (make them from the dough, which you set aside).

Bake in a well-heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

Tip: Instead of berry jam, you can use any other jam of your choice for your Linzer Cake.
