How to make
Season the washed pork chops with salt and black pepper and arrange them in baking pan.
Put pineapple on top of each pork chop - pour the juice from the tin over them.
Pour some olive oil into the baking pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake them for about 20 minutes at 480°F (250°C), then reduce the degrees to 360°F (180°C) and continue to bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Shortly before removing them, sprinkle them with yellow cheese.
The oven-baked pork chops with pineapple are ready.
