How to make
The potatoes are washed, peeled and cleaned.
Cut them into quarters and place them in a pot of water with 1 tsp. of salt to boil.
Shortly before the potatoes are fully cooked, they are removed from the heat. They are strained from the water.
The potatoes are flavored with the dry spices.
Melt the butter in a deep pan and add the potatoes. Add the pressed garlic cloves.
If necessary, more spices are added.
The sautéed potatoes should be baked, until they have nicely browned on all sides.
Stir with a wooden spatula. Finally, the chopped parsley is added to the spicy sauteed potatoes, which completes the taste of this mouth-watering appetizer.
