How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream.
Add the oil, yogurt and condensed milk successively while stirring.
Add the mixed sifted flour and baking powder to them in stages.
Finally, add the lemon juice and the grated peel of 1 lemon.
Grease a sponge cake tin with oil and sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture into it and place the tin in preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
Bake the homemade sponge cake, until it's done, for about 50 minutes.
Remove the finished lemon cake from the oven and leave it to cool briefly. Turn it into a suitable plate and glaze it with a few spoonfuls of the condensed milk.
