Ingredients

  • condensed milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • cocktail cherries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g) melted
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. (for sprinkling the mold)
  • oil - 1 tbsp. (to grease the mold)

How to make

Pour the milk into a bowl, add an egg and beat well. Do this after each egg.

Add the melted butter and mix.

Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder and beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Grease a small mold and sprinkle it with cocoa. Pour the cake mixture in it and add the cherries in it, which have been rolled in flour.

Bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it's fully baked. If necessary, cover it with foil.

The sponge cake with condensed milk is very tasty.
