How to cook
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream.
Pour the condensed milk into a bowl and add the whipped cream to it. Gently mix with a spatula.
Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it in the warmed milk. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and mix again.
Beat the egg whites + pinch of salt into a fluffy white mixture. Add to the mixture in parts, by carefully mixing with a spatula. In the upper inner part of the cups, drop a little topping and wait for it to flow to the bottom.
Pour the mousse into the glasses and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours. Before serving, add the whipped cream topping and a cherry on each one.
The mousse with condensed milk is ready.
