How to make
In the small jug of the nutribullet (200 g), put the chia seeds with approximately 2/5 cup (100 ml) of warm water.
Wait for it to swell and add the other ingredients - banana broken into pieces, mixed seeds, hazelnuts, coconut oil, honey and cocoa.
Insert the chopper for nuts and blend for a minute, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Divide the sugar-free chocolate pudding into suitable cups or bowls.
Refrigerate the chocolate temptation, until it's time to serve it.
If desired, you can garnish the homemade pudding with dark chocolate, nuts or fruit.
Note: Instead of hazelnuts, you can use almonds, cashews, walnuts. If you don't have a nutribullet, use a food processor or a high-powered blender for this sugar-free chocolate pudding in a nutribullet.
