How to make
Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water. Peel and cut them into thin slices.
Cut the broccoli into florets. Blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and immediately plunge them into a bowl of ice water.
Grease the bottom of a baking tray. Arrange the potatoes and salt them. Scatter the chopped bacon and blanched broccoli over them.
Pour the cooking cream over them evenly. Cut the processed cheese into pieces and arrange it on top.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C). Bake the casserole, until it is done - about 40 minutes.
The oven-baked potatoes with broccoli and cream are ready.
