How to make
First of all, we need to sterilize all the cookware and utensils that we will use.
The next step is to wash the rice three times.
Pour the washed rice, sugar, raisins, lemon juice and two cinnamon sticks into the sterilized jar.
Then pour the distilled water along the ingredients in the jar.
Finally, add the alcoholic yeast, which you have previously activated with a little warm water, mix well and close tightly.
The jar should be stored at room temperature for a minimum of 15 days.
After 15 days, open the jar and strain the liquid through a cheesecloth.
The finished rice wine can be stored in the refrigerator or you can pour it into glass bottles that should be kept in a dark and cool place.
