How to make
Put the egg, lemon juice, salt and herbs in the jug of the blender. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces. Pour the oil. Put the liquidizer at the bottom and turn it on.
With light movements, pull up until the liquidizer floats to the surface, then with quick movements, move it up and down, until the Flavored Homemade Mayonnaise has completely thickened.
Close with the lid and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours before consumption.
Serve the Herbal Mayonnaise with Homemade Bruschetta or freshly baked Crispy Bread.
