Ingredients

  • heavy cream - 4 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • olive oil - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • thyme - 2 pinches (dried)
  • oregano - 1 pinch (dried)
  • basil - 2 pinches (dried)
  • coriander - 1 pinch (dried)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • white pepper - 1/4 tsp. (ground)

How to make

The thyme, oregano, basil and coriander are mixed with the olive oil. Add the balsamic vinegar, salt and white pepper and mix everything very well.

The cream is mixed with the mustard and mixed very well until it looks like foam.

This mixture is added little by little to the herbal mixture with olive oil, while stirring constantly. This sauce is added to various fresh salads.
