How to make
It is great when we have homemade herbal olive oil. It is very easy and the products are always at hand.
Pour olive oil into bottles /if you do not have olive oil bottles, find other suitable ones, but they should be made of dark glass/. Add 2 cloves of garlic, cutting them crosswise on one side.
In one we put basil, in the second sprigs of oregano, in the third sprig of rosemary /missing in the photo because it has been in a bottle for 10 days/, and in the fourth bottle, I put black peppercorns, dried cherry tomatoes and oregano /they are also already in the bottles/.
Store in a cool, dark place. The amount and variety of herbs and spices are to the taste of each housewife.
Spices such as tarragon, marjoram, thyme are also wonderful aromatic combinations.
