How to make
Pour the water into the saucepan. Add the sugar and starch and mix well. Boil on the stove and stir constantly, until it thickens.
Then add the butter and mix well.
Remove it from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Cover a small rectangular box or mold with foil and pour the mixture inside.
Flatten it and leave it to cool completely. Then put it in the refrigerator.
Leave the mixture for 10-12 hours to harden well in the refrigerator.
Then cut it into cubes and serve the homemade Turkish Delight.
