How to make
Warm and appetizing coconut flour waffles to replace regular pancakes with.
Beat the eggs with the brown sugar in a bowl. Add the melted coconut and butter, a pinch of salt, vanilla, water and mixed flours with baking powder (the oats are grinded in advance in a chopper into a fine flour).
Mix very well. A dough similar to that for a classic sponge cake is obtained. It is baked in a waffle iron.
The molds do not necessarily need to be greased further as there is quite a lot of butter in the waffle mix.
Serve them warm with blueberry jam or liquid chocolate. Enjoy!
