Ingredients

  • cashew - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cashew tahini - 2 oz (55 g)
  • agave syrup - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • coconut oil - 1 oz (25 g)
  • coconut chips - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • coconut shavings - 0.35 oz (10 g) + more for rolling

How to make

Mix all the products without the coconut shavings /for rolling/ in a blender.

Blend the mixture for the candies, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Shape coconut candies from it and roll them in the coconut shavings.

Leave the finished Cashew Snow Candies in the fridge for a few hours or a day to harden.
