Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • cream cheese - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • butter - for greasing the pan

How to make

Beat the egg whites well with a pinch of salt and set them aside.

Grease the bottom and sides of the pan well with butter.

Make the omelette over low to moderate heat. The yolks with the cream cheese and a little salt are beaten and poured into the pan.

When the yolks have hardened, the beaten egg whites are poured on top.

Cover with a lid and let it cook briefly, about 2-3 minutes on low heat.
