How to make
The chocolate is crushed into pieces and melted in a water bath with the butter.
Remove it from the heat and add the rum, then the breadcrumbs, coconut shavings and 50 g of sugar.
Beat well and add more rum, if necessary.
The mixture is formed into small balls, which are placed onto baking paper. They are left to cool down.
Half of the truffles are rolled in sugar and the others in cocoa.
The Truffles with Rum are ready.
