How to make
Boil the buckwheat in salted water, finely chop the carrots, onions and cheese.
Beat the eggs, combine all the products in a bowl and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form buckwheat patties in a baking pan onto baking paper and bake them in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C).
When the meatballs are almost ready, take them out, sprinkle them with cheese and put them back in the oven, until the cheese melts.
Then take them out and the healthy buckwheat patties are ready to eat!
