How to make
The chicken legs are boiled, until they're done.
I chopped the cabbage and mashed it with salt and a little vinegar.
I heated oil and added two cloves of pressed garlic, the chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp. paprika, tomato sauce and fried for 10 minutes, until the products softened.
I flavored with black peppercorns, a pinch of savory herb, fresh dill and a bay leaf.
I transferred everything into a baking pan, arranged the boiled chicken legs, poured some of the broth and baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until the dish remained in fat.
I sprinkled with finely chopped fresh garlic and dill.
The oven-baked chicken with fresh cabbage is ready.
