  • sugar - 13 oz (360 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • cocoa - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • liquid vanilla essence - 2 tsp.

How to make

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add salt and baking soda.

Put the sugar and oil in the mixer bowl.

Beat with a mixer at medium speed. Add the cocoa and beat again. Add the eggs - one at a time. Add the vanilla and beat.

Add the dry ingredients, which were prepared earlier. Everything is beaten into a homogeneous mixture.

The prepared dough is put in the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden. Prepare a bowl of powdered sugar.

Cover a tray with foil. Scoop the finished mixture with a spoon.

Form balls with your hands. Roll them in the prepared powdered sugar and arrange them in the tray.
