How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and orange juice in two parts.
Add vanilla and two cups of flour mixed with baking powder. Mix, until a soft dough is obtained. If needed, add a little more flour and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
Form small balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
Arrange them onto baking paper at a distance because they puff up.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C), bake them for 10-12 minutes, until they crack and remove and place them into a plate.
Aromatic and delicious crinkle cookies.
These orange crinkle cookies can be stored in a box for up to 3-4 days.
