How to make

The fish is cleaned from the head and entrails and it is washed well. It is cut into fillets and they are arranged in a baking pan.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, paprika and oil on top.

Pour a little water into the baking pan (about 1 inch) and bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes until it is fully baked.

The peeled potatoes are cut into large cubes and boiled in salted water.

Strain, season with spices according to your taste and serve a portion mackerel with potatoes.
