  • alcohol - 4 cups (1 liter) 90%
  • sugar - 2.1 lb (1 kg)
  • vanilla - 1 pod
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • dark chocolate - 11 oz (300 g)

How to make

Finely crush the chocolate and put it in the alcohol along with the inside of the vanilla pod and leave it like that for 7 days.

Dissolve the sugar in the water and add the other mixture inside.

Pour the resulting mixture into sterilized bottles. It will be ready in 1 month.
