The most healthy juice is the one, that is made by grinding the whole citrus, not just squeezing it.
For this purpose, you only need to have a suitable device - a more powerful blender, a nutri bullet or a food processor with a suitable function for grinding food products.
Peel the citrus, so that there are no white parts.
Cut it into pieces, remove the seeds, if any and place in the jug of the appliance, along with the sugar and half of the ice.
Turn it on initially on medium speed for about half a minute.
Add the water and run it on high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour the finished juice into glasses and serve it with the remaining ice.
In the event that your appliance has not been able to effectively grind the citrus, you can strain it through a not very fine strainer to remove possible larger particles.
