How to make
Crumble the yeast into the slightly warmed water, add a little sugar and mix. Cover the bowl with a towel or foil and leave it for 8-10 minutes.
Pour the flour into a bowl mixed with the salt. Add the activated yeast and oil to it.
Knead a smooth dough, brush it with oil, so that it does not aquire a crust, cover it and leave it rest for 1 hour.
Roll it out into a very thin crust and cut it into oblong and thin crackers. Spread them with oil again. Bake at 160°C, until they have lightly browned.
When the whole grain crackers are ready, let them cool completely and then serve or store them in a tightly sealed container or box.
