How to make
From the specified products, two trays of delicious, dietary and crunchy sticks are obtained.
The spelt and oats are grinded into flour in a suitable food processor or grinder (ready spelt flour and oat flour can also be used).
Pour the water - slightly warmed, with the yeast and sugar dissolved in it. Add the salt and oil and knead a smooth dough. If it is very hard, pour a little more warm water.
Thin sticks are formed from the dough and placed in a tray covered with baking paper. They are left for 10-15 minutes and then they're baked at 340°F (170°C), until they aquire a golden color.
If, when forming the sticks for the second tray, the dough has become stiffer, because the oats absorb the moisture quickly, sprinkle with a little water and knead it again.
Leave the dietary spelt sticks to cool down and then munch on them whenever you like.
