How to make
Peel and cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone and cut it into strips lengthwise. Drizzle with lemon juice and salt.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and then cut each quarter into another two pieces lengthwise.
Arrange them onto a plate, by forming a circle and place the avocado between them.
Place the Burrata cheese in the center of the salad and split it slightly on top to reveal its soft interior.
Place the fresh basil leaves on top of the burrata.
Drizzle the tomato salad generously with extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and Maldon salt.
The Burrata salad is ready.
