How to make
Cut the cauliflower in half, wash it very well and remove the hard stem. Chop it into small pieces.
Strain the pickles from the liquid in the jar and cut them into small pieces as well. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and a spoonful of olive oil.
Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and mix well.
My advice is to gradually add the mayonnaise and yogurt, in order to be able to judge exactly how much you need for the winter salad, so that the vegetables are nicely coated with the sauce and not become too thin and watery.
I use thick yogurt and sometimes I add two or three spoons of sour cream for a more delicate taste.
