  • anchovy - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs. hard boiled
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g) at room temperature

How to make

This fish pate is probably the fastest and tastiest I've ever tried. It can be very suitable for your Christmas table or any other occasion.

To prepare it, you need a device in which you can grind the products - a liquidizer or blender.

Add the butter first, which should be soft and at room temperature, but not too soft. Blend with the help of the device, until it turns into a fluffy cream.

Add the peeled boiled eggs, the strained tuna, as well as the salted anchovies.

Season with black pepper and blend, until an almost perfectly smooth mixture is obtained.

Serve the tuna pate into bowls or in the tuna tin itself.

This will give it a more authentic and original look.

Accompany the anchovy and tuna pate with crackers or toast.
