How to make
Wash the potatoes and cauliflower. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes and cut the cauliflower into pieces.
Heat the milk and cream in a pot. Add the vegetables and boil on low heat for 15 minutes.
When they are cooked (if necessary, you can add a little more milk or water), add the butter and the yolk and mix.
Season with finely chopped green parsley and as much salt as you like and when it boils, remove it from the heat. Serve the dish warm.
