How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into juliennes.
Add the spices to it and leave it for half an hour.
Crack the egg into a plate. In another plate, mix the breadcrumbs with sesame seeds, and in a third place, add the flour.
Take one piece and roll it first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds mixture.
Fry the breaded bites in a pan with oil, until they're done.
Take out the chicken fillets and place them onto kitchen paper.
Serve the breaded chicken juliennes with sesame seeds warm with your choice of a side dish.
