How to make
I used frozen porcini mushrooms, which I first defrosted and cut into small pieces.
I put the mushrooms in a pan with the oil and I stewed them for about 10 minutes, until the water they absorbed has evaporated and they were just left in fat.
Then I added the butter and finely chopped 2-3 cloves of garlic and as much salt and black pepper as you like.
I left it on the stove for another 5 minutes, until the porcini mushrooms were fried and aquired a golden color.
I served the butter and garlic porcini mushrooms sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill.
These porcini mushrooms with butter and garlic are a great appetizer, which goes well with a glass of good wine.
