The minced meat is mixed with the egg, finely chopped onion, savory herb, breadcrumbs, boiled potatoes mashed with a fork and cumin.
Form schnitzels onto cling film and leave them in the freezer to harden for 30-40 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a deep dish and pour the flour in another.
Heat the oil, first dip the schnitzel in flour, then in the egg and fry it on both sides, until it aquires a golden color.
Remove and place them on paper to absorb the fat.
