How to make
Wash the hot peppers, cut them into circles and put them in a pot.
Pour them with equal amounts of water and 9-degree vinegar, add a pinch of salt and leave them for 24 hours.
Strain them through a strainer and put them on a towel to absorb all of the liquid.
When they are dry, put them in jars, press them down very well and cover them with olive oil.
Put the lids on and store them in a dry and cool place.
The hot peppers in olive oil are ready.
