How to make
The apples and carrots are coarsely grated.
The sugar, baking powder and vanilla are added to them. Mix them. Add the eggs and mix again.
Then the oil and flour are added, the mixture is stirred for the last time. Using a spoon, distribute the mixture into the molds.
The muffins are baked at 360°F (180°C), with a fan on, until they aquire a golden color.
Depending on their size, 12-18 apple muffins are obtained.
The delicious muffins with apples and carrots are ready.
