Ingredients

  • frozen spinach - 1.2 lb (550 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • grated parmesan - 1 tsp.
  • melted butter - 1/2 tsp.
  • spring onions - 1 bunch (chopped)
  • eggs - 3 large pcs.
  • grated yellow cheese - 1 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

In a large bowl, mix the spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, spring onions, eggs, yellow cheese, salt, black pepper and garlic together.

Shape them into balls and place all of the spinach patties onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the spinach patties aquire a golden brown color.

Serve the crispy spinach patties with garlic sauce.
