Ingredients

  • nettles - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • potato - 1 pc.
  • spring onions - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Soak the nettles in a bowl of water. That way it won't burn when we cut it. Boil water in a pot.

Add a bunch of spring onions, chopped into small pieces. Add a potato, cut into cubes along with the rice.

Then cut the nettles with scissors and add it directly into the pot. Season with salt and leave the rice and potato to cook over low heat.

Once it is ready, mix a spoonful of yogurt with a little of the soup and add it into the nettle soup.

That way a slightly sourtaste is obtained.

The nettle soup with rice is very tasty.
