  • water - 1 cup
  • milk - 4 cups (1 L)
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla power - 1 packet (0.2 g)

How to make

Clean and wash the rice.

Place the rice with the water on a medium heat and boil, until the rice is semi-cooked and has absorbed all the water.

Stir, so it doesn't burn.

Then add the milk with a pinch of salt, by stirring constantly.

After stirring well, add the sugar.

Continue to stir the rice pudding, on low heat, until the rice is cooked well.

When the rice is ready, remove the pot from the heat, add the vanilla and finely chopped orange peels.

Stir again and distribute it into bowls or glasses.

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve the rice pudding with orange peels chilled.
