How to make
The oven is preheated to 390°F (200 °C). Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed well. Press the butter pieces with a fork and stir until the mixture is kind of coarse crumbs.
Add the pumpkin and orange peel. The dough is rolled 1 cm thick on a floured surface. Cut squares with a side length of 5 cm. If you choose another form, the residues are collected and the procedure is repeated.
Beat an egg in a small bowl and add it to the cream. With a brush, apply the mixture on the biscuits and bake for 15 minutes - until golden.
