Ingredients

  • hake fish - 6 pcs.
  • oil - for frying
  • salt
  • corn flour - 1 cup

How to make

The cleaned fish is washed and dried.

Cut the hake into round pieces and sprinkle them with a little salt.

Pour corn flour into a plate and roll each piece into it, by patting off the excess.

Heat oil and fry the fish on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.

Serve it with a slice of lemon, side of fried or boiled potatoes and salad.

The crispy pan-fried fish is ready.
