How to make
Peel the zucchini and cut them into circles or rectangular pieces, lenghtwise.
Heat the oil and dip each piece of zucchini in the water first, then in the flour and then again in the water.
This way the flour does not burn and the zucchini turn out golden and crunchy.
Once they're fried, place them on kitchen paper to soak up the fat and salt them.
The fried zucchini is served with a sauce of your choice, such as an yogurt and garlic sauce with dill.
