Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • sugar - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • flour - 3 oz (85 g)
  • oil - 1/3 cup (75 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 tbsp (15 g)
  • blueberries - 9 oz (250 g)
  • lemon peel
  • vanilla powder - 2 pcs.

How to make

The oven is preheated to 360°F (180°C).

Beat the eggs, yogurt, sugar, lemon peel, vanilla and oil in a deep bowl using a mixer.

Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and mix well.

Grab a muffin tin and place the paper muffin cups in it

The mixture is poured into them, by carefully filling it halfway.

The blueberries are washed and dried. Then carefully put them in the mixture and mix with a spoon (about 6 blueberries in one muffin).

Bake them in the middle of a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. You can check them with a toothpick: stick it in one of the muffins and when you take it out it should be dry.

The blueberry muffins with lemon peel are ready.
