How to make
The chicken breasts are washed and dried. To make them more tender, they can be marinated in milk overnight. If you skip tenderizing them like this, it's not a problem, because with proper cooking the chicken fillet will become tender anyway. The secret is not to do it for too long.
Cut the broccoli into pieces and wash them. Blanch them in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes and strain them.
Heat the butter and olive oil over high heat.
Even before the butter has completely melted, add the coarsely chopped chicken breast and sprinkle with rosemary. Fry, until it becomes slightly golden on both sides - two minutes on each side should be enough.
Squeeze the juice from one orange directly over them and cook for a minute or two, until it is slightly reduced and blends well with the butter.
Add the broccoli for a short while to absorb the butter and orange and add as much salt as you like.
The dish is served warm with the remaining sauce. Garnish it with slices of half an orange.
